Why make a Will? - Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death. If you have not made a valid Will, your property will pass according to the Law of Intestacy. This may not be what you would have wished. In any event it is likely to take longer to finalise than if you had made a Will. During this time your beneficiaries may not be able to draw any money from your estate. It can mean arguments and distress for relatives.
What do we do, and what do we NOT do?
Quite simply, we provide a full and professional will writing service ranging from a basic, simple Will right through to providing the right advice on the more complex Trusts and estate planning matters.
We do NOT impose our services upon anyone, especially for Executor or Probate services as we believe that these matters are best dealt with directly by family or trusted friends, and of course they can always work with a professional Executor to ensure matters are properly arranged, if they so choose.
FREE WILL? - No such thing as a Free anything is there really? There are certain banks and providers who offer cheap or free wills - but, watch out for the small print; quite often they will name themselves as Executors and arrange the probate services ... at a (sometimes massive) cost!
